POSITION TITLE:  Quick Packaging Scripter

As an application packaging scripter, you will be responsible for scripting the install routines and packaging enterprise and custom application for deployment for up to 80,000+ workstations. More specifically, you will:

• Produce new install routine scripts, create new packages and upgrades to the existing scripts and packages for both internal applications and common off-the-shelf applications using VBScript, CScript, C/C++, and InstallShield;
• Manage and support existing application packages; and
• Test your own scripts and package and other’s using VMware.

Experience Required:

• 2-5 years’ experience writing scripts in any of VBScript, CScript, C/C++;
• Excellent English written and oral comprehension;
• Some experience maintaining virtualized desktops (VMware or Virtual PC);
• Experience with Microsoft’s SMS or SCCM and GPOs is desirable; and
• Application packaging experience using InstallShield or WISE is desirable
